Update on Life
There are a few things that have changed in life since the last time I wrote:
1. My husband got a job finally!! It's not very many hours, but it's enough to put aside for moving!
2. I quit my job yesterday. This job was the worst job I have EVER had!! I would literally come home and cry about work. I even went into the          bathroom at work and cried about it(more than once). It was terrible. So, after being offered a position elsewhere, I went into work yesterday and  quit. It was the greatest feeling I've felt in a while.
3.  Our moving date is quickly approaching! The date is set for January 3rd and I could not be more excited!

So, that's my life right now! We have to purchase a truck/SUV before our move, then we'll be moving and then we need to find jobs! So many big things going on in our lives and it is such an adventure!

So, our tentative moving date is creeping up slowly, but surely. We've got 3 months until we are supposed to move and we don't have nearly enough saved up to do so. My husband is trying to find a job, but is having a very hard time with that. In order to move, we need enough money for the uhaul, gas, 1st months rent and deposit, hotels and food while traveling, and hopefully a little cushion so we won't be completely broke when we get there.  So far, we have barely enough for the uhaul. I am stressing because with my income alone we are not able to save anything!! And if we can't save enough money, we can't move when we want to. Life is stressful! I just wish that money wasn't an issue in life, but we do live in America, so unless I suddenly become famous, I don't think that issue is going away any time soon!

Writer's Block: Homeward bound
How would you describe your dream home?

My dream home....hmmm. This won't be hard to describe! I've thought about this a lot!

My dream home will be/have:
-5 or 6 bedrooms
-A huge yard
-Lots of photos on the walls
-Hardwood floors in the living areas and pretty rugs
-An upgraded, chef's kitchen(for my husband the chef)
-A fireplace
-A pool in the backyard
-A place my children will like to bring their friends
-A place where we can bring friends and family
-Big enough to host holidays for the whole family
-Modern and sophisticated, yet comfortable and homey.

So, there you go! That's my dream home!

Writer's Block: 10 Years From Now
Where do you see yourself 10 years from now?

I don't know if I've done a blog on this or not, but I have so many goals! In 10 years, I'll be 33 and this is how I see my life:
I'll be a mother of 2 or 3 children
My husband and I will own a beautiful home with a large yard in the beautiful state of Colorado
We will be opening or running our very own restaurant
I will work at our restaurant and be a stay at home mom the rest of the time

Sounds like a pretty amazing life, huh? I like to think so! Although that's where'd  I love to be in 10 years, I know that my future is uncertain, so I sure hope that's where I'm at in 10 years! Only time will tell!

Writer's Block: Happy happy joy joy
What cheers you up the most when life gets you down?

Music! Whenever I'm feeling sad or angry, I just need to turn on some music and sing and everything gets better.

Writer's Block: Star struck
Do you think celebrities deserve as much recognition, attention, and money as we, as a society, give them? What do you think it says about our cultural values?

Absolutely NOT! Celebrities are way overrated! My big pet peeve right now is Lindsay Lohan! She was finally put in jail(which is great!), but now they are thinking about shortening her 90 day sentence to 2 weeks! That girl is a druggie and never follows her parole, so why should her sentence be cut short just because she's famous? I hope they keep her in there as long as they can, so she can get her shit together!

Anyways, back to the original topic...Celebrities are looked up to by children and other people in our society. And anytime that someone is popular(whether it be on TV or at school) people are going to pay attention to them and give them attention. So, I can understand why they receive so much attention and recognition. I also understand why they receive so much money, however I don't agree that they should be getting paid what they do.

I feel like society thinks way too highly of celebrities. Really, they are just regular people like us who just hit it big and got lucky. They make more in a year than the average person makes in a lifetime, and everyone is okay with it. I wish these things would change, but they never will. There will always be celebrities and they will always receive special treatment. That's just the way it is...

Everything is great! I finally married the love of my life, and married life is great! (It's exactly how it was before but now I have a new last name! WooHoo!) We FINALLY got our own place again, so that is really, really nice! Our honeymoon was great, although Kauai wasn't what my husband was expecting-he was a little disappointed that there wasn't much to do there, so next time we go on a tropical vaca we'll probably go to the caribbean or Mexico. I started my new job last month and it's going well. I'm getting more and more excited about our big move to Colorado! The closer we get, the more excited I'm getting! (Even though we still have a while to go). I can't wait! That's the update on my life! Maybe I'll come back to write later, even though I'm pretty sure nobody reads this blog anyway! But to those of you that do-Have a good day! :-)

Things are really falling into place. We finalized and paid for the flowers yesterday. We found a place to move that will let us have our dog. Now the rest of things need to fall into place. I need to pass my classes. I need to find a job! We need to finalize everything else for the wedding. So much to do in so little time! I'm extremely relaxed about everything that has to do with the wedding. Everyone is surprised that I'm so relaxed, but the way I see it is that no matter what goes wrong on our wedding day, we'll be married at the end of the day and that's all that matters! I'm so excited!!!!

Life is going to get crazy...
So, I'm 4 weeks away from graduating and 5 weeks away from the wedding! Everything is coming up so fast and I'm couldn't be happier! Everything for the wedding is pretty much ready to go-we just have some details to finish figuring out. I'm ready for graduation, but also nervous. I've been applying for jobs, and haven't received any calls back yet. I've been looking on the job boards on a daily basis, an lately there hasn't been much to apply for. I'm sure everything will turn out fine, and I'll find something. Anyway, that's all for today. I just wanted to get on here and update my blog. Not that anyone reads this anyways.

Culinary School!
My fiance got in!! WooHoo! That means that we are moving to Denver in December for sure! I couldn't be more excited! Just wanted to share my excitement.
